We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.
We ship via USPS Parcel Post, Priority, and Express Mailing(where available). Orders are generally shipped out within 2 business days. You will receive a series of emails letting you know the progress of your order.
If we have made a mistake or an item is defective and you wish to return it, email us or call 716-763-5010. You must have a RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. (RMA #'s are good for 10 days from issuance.) Please furnish the packing slip, invoice number and date. Returns that are not due to our error will be refused.
All returns must be shipped back in original packaging. We suggest using USPS Priority Mail or other traceable methods of insured shipping for your protection. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days of receipt of order or order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. Orders shipped without a RMA number will be refused and shipped back to you.
After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Paypal refunds will be sent to the account which sent initial payment. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
